Third, guided by specialization and quality, focus on developing ten service industries, including modern logistics, financial services, new information services, industrial design, industrial Internet, inspection and testing, cultural tourism, new commerce, healthy foreign farms, and education and training. Promote the service industry to continuously extend to the high end of the value chain.
